By booking your appointment you agree to the following:

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will be given a refund. If you wish to cancel, do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You are responsible for canceling your appointment.

Reschedules

Re-scheduling may be done by the client 24 hours in advance. If you wish to reschedule, do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You are responsible for re-scheduling your appointment.

No Shows

No shows will be charged for the full amount of their reading. No refunds will be made and your appointment will not be re-scheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late (i.e., if you were late by 15 minutes, your appointment will be 30 minutes rather than the full 45 minutes). If you are late you will still be charged for the full session.

Age

By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.

Prepare for the Reading

Think about 1-2 questions or themes you’d like to discuss prior to our meeting. Some clients choose to come into the reading with a general idea of what they’d like to discuss rather than specific questions. Leah will not give medical advice and her modalities are not a substitute for medical or mental health advice.
